Nad Al Sheba (Meydan One)

Nad Al Sheba is popular among both buyers and investors, as the community houses Meydan City which is a large district and a center of world-class sports facilities, mixed-use developments and cultural events that attract thousands of visitors every year. It is also home to the palace of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, where the royal family hosted wedding parties for their three sons back in 2019.
