نبذة عن Madinat Al Arab
Madinat Al Arab is a new 522-hectare mixed-use hub being created by developer Nakheel at the Waterfront in Jebel Ali. The project covers five zones and will encompass 288 plots, designated as for mixed-use. Infrastructure design on four of the five zones was almost complete by February 2017. Madinat Al Arab’s strategic location, within easy reach of Dubai World Central Airport, the Expo 2020 site, recently-opened attractions and theme parks and the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi, makes it a significant area for growth and development. Elsewhere in the area, Nakheel has already completed the Veneto and Badrah communities, with some 800 homes and a community retail centre, which are due to open in 2017. Jebel Ali Gardens community nearby will serve 40,000 people and is also under development.
