Segrex Development has been developing exclusive projects in Dubai since 2015. The company is managed by a team of top managers with extensive experience in the construction and implementation of residential projects with a total area of more than 500,000 sq.ft in Dubai and more than 1 million sq.ft. of luxury real estate. Among the successfully completed projects in Dubai are over 20 premium private villas and residential buildings in JVC, including "Astoria" and "Nicholas".
